P&G Says No Deal with EDS

Procter & Gamble said it’s axing the multi-billion dollar sale of its back office operations to Electronic Data Systems. The terms of the deal, which was stalled after a profit warning from EDS, called for P&G to sell its operations to EDS and contract it for back office support like payroll processing. P&G said it will now outsource the back office services business to several companies, which still could include EDS....
